French leader in home care services for elderly and disabled people, with a growing European footprint.

Destia provides home-based care and assistance services that help elderly, disabled and dependent people remain autonomous at home.

Founded in 2006, Destia is one of the French leaders in home care services for elderly and disabled people. The company operates through a network of c.180 branches, providing care, assistance, and daily support services to dependent individuals at home.

Destia has completed more than 40 external growth operations over the last five years and has expanded internationally into Spain, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland. The business has grown revenues from c.€100m to c.€250m and is expected to continue expanding through further acquisitions.

Three Hills invested through TH Credit Opportunities as part of a new financing alongside Bpifrance, Turenne Santé and VYV, joining the existing shareholder base led by Siparex ETI alongside some of the company’s other incumbent backers.

Market trends and drivers

Destia operates in a structurally growing market, supported by the ageing of the population in France and Western Europe, rising demand for home-based care, and the need for scalable alternatives to institutional elderly care. The sector remains fragmented, creating a significant consolidation opportunity for scaled platforms with proven integration capabilities.

Through its national branch network, strong acquisition track record and expanding European presence, Destia is well positioned to capture this demographic growth and continue consolidating the home care services market, while enabling elderly and disabled people to remain supported in their own homes.
