We are pleased to share the fifth edition of Three Hills’ annual Sustainability Report — a reflection of the progress, challenges, and renewed ambition that have shaped our past year.

This edition comes at a defining moment for our firm. Not only did we launch our inaugural Impact strategy, but we also closed two meaningful investments — Hispatec, a pioneering AgriFood technology business, and Operam, an education staffing provider addressing teacher shortages and educational inequalities across the UK — both rooted in strong mission alignment and detailed in the report. With two more promising opportunities currently in exclusivity, we are steadily expanding our impact footprint, guided by a rigorous investment approach and deep sector engagement.
