Tim Pointer of Three Hills tops HR Magazine’s 2025 HR Most Influential list

This recognition marks a significant rise for Tim, who was ranked third in 2024. His elevation to the top spot reflects his continued leadership and innovation in the HR field, and highlights the growing influence of people strategy within the private equity sector.
